I am perfectly human, and I have flaws. I am closer to everything but perfect. Today, I got another letter from Shannan so I am anxious to see what she's talking about this time. She never knew it, but I've always admired her strength. She's a beautiful person in-side and out and I really wish I took even more time out of my life to get to know her when we were both still at Lane. It's funny how gossiup can force two people to depart ways but what they have failed to realize is that true friends never depart ways for long!! In her last letter, she just reminded me that you can't make things work. Mistakes happen, and when they do there isn't much you can do about it therefore, you just need to get over it as much as possible. I think everyone who knows me knows what my biggest mistake in my life has been that I wish I could take back but the damage is done and so is that moment. I'm a grown a** woman now, so there is no point of crying over spoiled milk now. There have been many friends/niggas who have come and gone in my life and I thank them dearly for their contribution to who I've become because without them, my life wouldn't be as bitter-sweet as it is. Right now, my life is golden... and I will cherish it to the fullest.
